---------------------------------
Name: Galewhisker
(Galekit, Galepaw, Galewhisker)
Age: 33 moons
Gender: Male
Clan: RiverClan
Rank: Warrior

Visual
---------------------------------
Formal Description: Like many of his RiverClan counterparts, Galewhisker has a sleek pelt that is reflective of his heritage. His coat is a dull black, turning brownish in the sun; otherwise, he is fairly lackluster in his color, but is considered moderately handsome due to the silky shine of his long fur. He does his best to keep clean at any given time -- an easy task when you can take a dip in the river at any given point for a quick clean up. Galewhisker has long fur everywhere, however, which soaks water and leaves him looking very much like a wet, black mop. Under this, at least, one can see that he's a fairly thin tom who is more fluff than buff. His long fur extends across his body, including between his paw-pads, whiskers and, most notably, his ear fur.
Breed: Mutt
Summary Description: A black tom with long tufts of fur in his ears and pale yellow-green eyes.

Personality: Galewhisker is a lively, flirty young tom with a flamboyant and expressive demeanor. He actively enjoys being the center of attention at any given point in time and has no qualms about instigating conversations between cats of his clan and among other clans, especially if such conversation centers around his being. His charisma is his most notable skill and never seems to run out of material to talk about -- if caught off guard, however, Galewhisker can be seen to stutter and falter in his responses. He's quick to brush it off with a few laughs.
As a general rule, the warrior doesn't take much of anything seriously; he is constantly cracking jokes, goofing around, and making sarcastic quips towards his superiors and underlings alike and rarely takes an active interest in his hunting and border patrols. Because of this behavior, however, he really isn't the first on the list to receive apprentices and has yet to lead a patrol; his irresponsibility speaks volumes to his clan but Galewhisker doesn't seem to mind this much. As a laid-back and easygoing tom, he is very much a fan-favorite of kits and apprentices for games -- Galewhisker relishes this attention as well -- and loves teaching kits how to get their paws wet in the nearby river when they're old enough. Queens seem to enjoy his company, even if he is more of a lazy warrior.
History: Born to aging parents, young Galekit was quite aware of their impending mortality. His parents, Foggystep and Thrushtuft, couldn't play with him or Duskykit like the other queens did with their kits. The two siblings were just as happy to play with the fellow kits in the den and let their parents rest their older bones. The older siblings of Galekit -- Swanfeather, Perchfang, and Newtpelt -- often found themselves near the duo too, acting as parents when Foggystep and Thrushtuft were too tired. After their kits turned six moons and became apprentices, it came as no surprise to the clan when both Foggystep and Thrushtuft retired to the elder's den together to peacefully live out the rest of their days. Within six moons, the two had passed on as they had lived -- together and at peace. Warriors at the time, Galewhisker and Duskystorm grieved heavily with their older siblings but were able to quickly come to terms with it.
Galepaw was mentored by a young warrior, Thistletail -- a cat who moved with reckless abandon and made decisions based solely on their feelings. They were kind and supportive of Galepaw, but not exactly the best role model for him to take after as they didn't hold the apprentice to the responsibility they likely should have. Piled on top of the irresponsible nature of Thistletail themselves, Galepaw was never instilled with a proper 'duty' to his clan -- he loves them dearly, but doesn't see the reason to keep to only his clan. Perhaps the strongest pointearn some of his charismatic charms from Thistletail; moreover, Galepaw simply expanded his already extroverted nature based on what they could teach him as he was
Galewhisker's warriorhood has been relatively lazy and uneventful. He's a typical warrior who scraps by on minimal effort and doesn't mind the fact that he's never had an apprentice or led a patrol; these tasks are uninteresting to him and he doesn't think he'd be too good at them anyway. He does enjoy the company of the queens in his clan and is quite popular as a kit-sitter when he's not being goaded into patrols.
